The last two weeks...

The last two weeks have been so wonderful, though difficult at times. Sophie is so beautiful and amazing. It's hard to believe that I have this precious little being with me. Yesterday we put her hand prints in a little mold as well as her foot. She's still very small but her limbs are so long, just like her Daddy's. Her eyes are still a guessing game, though they look like they might be brown (to everyone's disappointment).  

I stole this idea from my cousin Laura... I made Sophie a baby blanket and decided to take weekly photos of her on it as she grows. The first two photos are week one and the next bottom two are week two. I included the stretching photos because she loves to put her arms in the air to stretch. It makes since to me since I always felt her stretching in the womb.

Daddy Time

 The thing that makes me the happiest everyday is seeing my two loves together.

Christian picked up fatherhood so well.

I can tell she adores her daddy so much already. She responds to his voice and loves to look at him. She's so adorable and he is so great!

My little Sophie Tess

I am a proud mama to a beautiful baby girl named Sophie Tess.

Born May 11, 2011 at 7lbs 7oz and 21 inches long. She's the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

Christian absolutely adores her, he's such a proud daddy and can't wait to play with her.

I never thought I could be so blessed. Times are not always easy but I look at my beautiful family and I am so happy. It's perfection in its own way - In the way of Love. Sophie Tess is a week old today and I can't believe it. I am so thankful for my life and family.
